These terms cover your use of www.takeofix.com. Takeofix’s paid services are governed by separate agreements: the Per-Project Service Agreement and the Full-Time Estimator Service Agreement. If these website terms conflict with an agreement you have accepted, the agreement prevails.
2. Use of the Website
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. We may update or remove content at any time.
3. Information and Calculators
Website content and free calculators are for general guidance only and are not a quotation, professional advice, or a substitute for a proper takeoff. Verify any figure before using it for bidding, ordering or construction.
4. Our Services
Takeofix provides construction quantity takeoffs and related estimating support based on the drawings and information you supply. We use reasonable professional care and do not guarantee error-free results, bid outcomes, or final project costs. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before relying on them. We are not your architect, engineer, contractor or professional of record.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, branding and our templates and methods belong to Takeofix and may not be used without written permission. Drawings and materials you send remain yours. Use of final deliverables is described in your service agreement.
6. Portfolio and Samples
We do not publish client work, names or project details without removing identifying information or obtaining your permission.
7. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeofix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
